Voting Question: Which high school classes are best seen by college admission?

Currently, I am freshman in high school and my schedule looks like this: Math - Algebra 2 (skipped a year) English 9 Adv. PE 10 Concert Band (the lowest level band) Agricultural Biology (FFA) AVID 9 (Advancement Via Individual Determination) Spanish for Spanish Speakers 1 I have been debating which way I want to move onwards. We are on a 7 period schedule currently leaving me with only 3 periods aside from my core classees. From those three years, health and tech as well as PE 10 are required. I could get rid of these requirements, but due to my family's economic status taking a sport outside of school or taking health and tech at the local community college should be kept as a last resort. With this is mind, I have been debating which electives would be the most beneficial for my application during the college admission process. My school offers AP/Honors classes for all core subjects from sophomore year onwards and I am planning to take all 4 each year. My choice of electives are Spanish: AP Language and AP Literature (I would be able to skip ssp.2), AVID(required to be taken continously if wanting to remain in it), and Band (continously). I see AVID as unnecessary, at least at this point and I don't fully enjoy band, but I know that both the courses look good when applying for colleges. I am hoping to get into the best college available, my dream is Stanford, and I know that aside from the academics, I need to get involved into extracurriculars. Although it is not recommended to overload in APEHS, the smartest person in my school is (she is like the perfect student). She is also taking band and doing sports, but is not enrolled in AVID. By simply looking at her, I can get an idea of what competition is like, and I know I must be able to surpass it. Thank you for reading this and any kind of advice helps.
